Workout 101: Part Two of Six
It’s been a month. 30 days. 720 hours. And with the help of trainer David Rich,
so far, like clockwork, I have dedicated myself to four days a week, an hour a
day, lifting weights, doing squats, crunches, leg lifts, pull ups, killing

Health Conscious: Says Who?
What is the real reason we go to the gym? Your gut instinct is to probably
answer “to be healthier!” Of course physical fitness is important to our lives,
but I challenge that a healthy body is merely a positive side effect of going to
the gym. What lies beneath the surface of our actions is usually much more
telling than the action itself. I wonder if the real reason we go to the gym
